Making sure your visit to PEPPA PIG Park is worry-free and, above all, safe is very important to us. For safety reasons, there are therefore admission restrictions for the rides based on size and age. You can find an overview here.
Persons with health problems (such as plaster) may not participate in the rides.
Oh no, you have broken your arm or your leg before your visit and have to wear a plaster cast? The plaster cast is supposed to keep the fracture point secure and in place. This does not go well with our rides. According to manufacturer and TÜV regulations, it is prohibited due to safety reasons to use our rides with injuries like bone fractures or ligament stretches.
We ask for your understanding that the usage of our rides is not possible for your own safety.
Please hand in any lost property at the guest service desk in the entrance area. Losses should also be reported there. If you only realise you've lost something when you get home, you can use our online lost property office to find your lost items again.
We will gladly send you valuable items for a shipping fee (from 20 euros).
All children between the ages of 2 and 11 receive free admission to the PEPPA PIG Park on the day of their birthday. This requires a document confirming the date of birth/age of the birthday child (child's passport or birth certificate).
In order to receive a free ticket for the birthday child on the day of the visit, please come to the cash desk at the PEPPA PIG Park entrance and bring official proof of the child's age.
Any children gone missing? Our staff will of course help you to search the entire park. The meeting point is the guest service desk in the entrance area.
You are welcome to bring your children's trolley and hand cart into the park. Tricycles, roller skates, scooters etc. are not allowed.
The park is barrier-free in every respect. If necessary, people with disabilities should contact the staff for the individual activities and attractions in order to get through the park safely.
Wheelchairs are available free of charge at the first aid station in the ENTRANCE AREA without any need to reserve them.
Persons aged 2 and over with a B or H on their disability pass require a regular online ticket and receive free admission for one accompanying adult (18+) on the day of their visit, as well as free parking for a maximum of one vehicle.
Please show your disability pass to our staff at the turnstile.
You can get your parking ticket by showing your disability pass at the ticket offices (to the left of the turnstiles; open until closing time).
Persons with severe disabilities require a free reservation for the day of the visit. Further information here.
PEPPA PIG Park is a smoke-free zone!
As a family park, the wellbeing of both our large and particularly our small guests is very important to us. For this reason, we have decided to declare our park to be a smoke-free zone. There are a few especially identified places in the park where smoking is permitted.
Compliance with cannabis distancing regulations at PEPPA PIG Park
In order to ensure a child-friendly and safe atmosphere at PEPPA PIG Park, we strictly observe the legal distance regulations of the new Cannabis Act. These prohibit the consumption of cannabis in the vicinity of children under the age of 18 and stipulate a minimum distance of 100 metres from facilities for children and young people. Because PEPPA PIG Park falls under this category, any use of cannabis is not permitted on the grounds of the park and the LEGOLAND holiday village. For further details, please visit Germany's Federal Ministry of Health website.
With the exception of trained guide dogs (with appropriate ID), dogs are not permitted in the park. But that's no problem: there's a dog daycare centre right next to the LEGOLAND visitor car park. Your four-legged friends can be left there for the duration of the visit. Before you leave your dog at the dog daycare centre, you will need a key card. Please contact the staff at PEPPA PIG Park Guest Services on arrival. The fee per dog is 4 euros plus a 20 euro deposit for the key card and lock. Please bring the completed form with you on the day of your visit.
To make your dog feel at home, please bring their favourite blanket/pillow. Sufficient drinking water is provided.
Please note: The dog daycare centre closes one hour before LEGOLAND Park closes (> LEGOLAND opening hours).
